Where do you ship to?

Everywhere! We ship our pieces directly from our Dublin store to all over the world. 

Please note, if you are ordering from Russia, we require a business address to safely ship your order.


How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to ship your piece within 1-2 working days of receiving your order.

Estimates for DHL shipping times from date of dispatch are below:

  • Ireland / UK - 1-2 working days
  • Europe - 2-3 working days
  • USA - 3-5 working days
  • Australia - 8-10 working days

Estimates for standard shipping from date of dispatch are as follows:

  • Ireland - 3-5 working days
  • UK - 5-7 working days
  • Europe - 7-10 working days
  • USA - 10-12 working days
  • Australia - 10-15 working days

If you are ordering from outside of Ireland, we always recommend opting for DHL shipping - for speed, security, and piece of mind <3 Please note that the above are only estimates, and do not account for unforeseen circumstances. During busy periods, shipping can take longer than expected.

How much is delivery?
Shipping is FREE worldwide with DHL on orders over €100.

For orders under €100, there are two options - tracked DHL shipping (€15) or standard shipping (free - shipped with An Post and transferred to your domestic postal carrier). If you don’t consider your domestic postal service to be reliable, we recommend opting for the tracked DHL option!

Click & Collect from our store is free, of course!

How can I track my order?
When we dispatch your order from our beautiful store, we will send you an email to notify you of the tracking number, so you can watch the journey of your special piece!

There’s a problem with my order.
Oh no! We always try our absolute best to get things right, but we are a small, growing team and we sometimes make mistakes. Please contact us as soon as you can at hello@atriumdublin.com and we’ll do all we can to resolve your issue.


How do I return my order?
We want every ATRIUM piece to be worn and loved. If your piece isn’t perfect, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund! Just get in touch at hello@atriumdublin.com so we know to watch out for your package. Any returns must be sent back to us within 28 days to be eligible for a refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached.
We recommend using a tracked service to return your piece to us, for safety! Please get in touch with us and we can advise on the best method of returning your piece. Regrettably, we cannot cover the cost of return postage at this time.

How do I exchange my order?
If you wish to exchange your piece, we would love to help. Just get in touch with us at hello@atriumdublin.com and we can help! Exchanges can be processed within 28 days of receiving your piece.

 

Can I collect my order in store?
Of course! If you’re based in Dublin and want to collect directly from store, just opt for ‘Click & Collect’ when checking out.

Your order will usually be processed within 1-2 working days of us receiving it. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your piece is pulled, packed and ready for you.
